1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Brightmind Games. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Brightmind Games concerning your access to and use of our mobile puzzle games, applications, and support services.

If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our games and must discontinue use immediately.

2. User Conduct & Fair Play

Our puzzles are designed to challenge your brain. To keep the community fun and fair, you agree not to:

  • Use cheats, exploits, or third-party software to solve puzzles automatically.
  • Attempt to bypass or manipulate the in-game timer or ranking systems.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other players within our community forums or support channels.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of our mobile applications.

3. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

While many of our puzzle games are free to download and play, they may include optional in-app purchases, such as puzzle hints, extra levels, or cosmetic items.

All virtual items are licensed to you, not sold. You do not own the virtual goods or currency, but rather hold a limited, personal, revocable license to use them within our games. Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by local consumer laws.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, Brightmind Games holds all proprietary rights to the source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the application. The puzzle mechanics, character designs, and brand trademarks are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
