How do I restore my game progress?

If you got a new phone or reinstalled the game, simply go to the main menu, open the Settings screen, and tap 'Restore Progress'. Make sure you are logged into the same app store account you used before.

My puzzle is frozen on the loading screen.

Try closing the app completely and opening it again. If that does not work, check your app store to make sure you have the newest update installed. Our latest updates fix many common bugs.

Can I play on two different devices?

Yes! If you link your profile to a cloud save account, your puzzle progress will sync. You can start a level on your phone and finish it on your tablet later.

Are there hints if I get stuck?

Every game includes a built-in hint system. Tap the glowing lightbulb icon during a level to reveal the next move. You earn more hints by playing daily challenges.
